Order to close all Std. 1 to 9 schools of Gujarat State

In view of the prevailing Corona transition situation in the state, all schools in Std. 1 to 9 across the state have been ordered to stop teaching from Monday (April 5) till further notice or order.

GANGHINAGAR: Cases of coronavirus are on the rise in the state. Then the state government (Gujarat Government) has made an important decision. In view of the prevailing Corona transition situation in the state, all schools in Std. 1 to 9 across the state have been ordered to suspend teaching work from Monday (April 5) until further notice.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the core committee chaired by Chief Minister Vijay Rupani today. All government and private schools in the state have been directed to implement these instructions.

What is the state of the corona in the state

The highest ever 2640 cases of Coronavirus were reported in Gujarat on Friday. While 11 more died of corona infection. A total of 2,066 patients in the state underwent corona on Friday. Corona has been beaten by 2,94,650 people in the state so far. The number of active cases in the state has increased to over 13 thousand. The number of active cases in the state has reached 13559. Of which 158 people are on ventilator and 13401 people are stable. The recovery rate from Corona in the state is 94.21 per cent.

How many people took the vaccine

A total of 57,75,904 people have so far been given the first dose of the vaccine and 7,30,124 people have been given the second dose of the corona vaccine under the vaccination program. Thus a total of 65,06,028 people have been vaccinated. Today, a total of 3,51,802 people over the age of 60 and 45 to 60 years of age with serious illness were vaccinated. So far not a single person in the state has been found to have serious side effects due to this vaccine.
