Gujarat Shravan Tirth Darshan Yojana online registration / application form 2022 at yatradham.gujarat.gov.in. Shravan Tirthdarshan Yojana is a new scheme launched by the state government of Gujarat under which the government would provide subsidy on tirth yatra expenses for senior citizens. Under the Shravan Tirth Darshan Yojana, the state government would pay 50% of the cost of travel expense by non-AC state transport bus, within the state. The scheme is exclusively meant for the senior citizens of the state regardless of the community they belong.
Shravan Tirthdarshan Yojana benefits can be availed by any senior citizen regardless of his/her community to travel to all popular religious destinations in Gujarat by no-AC transport bus. The main objective of the scheme is to help the senior citizens cover all the popular religious destinations in the state.
Objective Of Gujarat Shravan Tirthdarshan Yojana
The most important objective of this scheme is to provide subsidies to all the senior citizens of Gujarat who are interested in going on a tirth yatra within the state of Gujarat. 50% of the travel expenses will be borne by the state government itself. Gujarat Shravan Tirthdarshan Yojana will promote tourism in the state of Gujarat. When the tourism activities increase in Gujarat its infrastructure and cultural heritage will also improve.

વૃધ્ધ માતા-પિતાને કાવડમાં બેસાડી યાત્રા કરાવનાર શ્રવણ તમામ દેશવાસીઓના હદયમાં અનોખું સ્થાન ધરાવે છે. આધુનિક યુગમાં ગુજરાત રાજ્યના વરિષ્ઠ નાગરિકો (સિનીયર સિટીઝન) ગુજરાતમાં આવેલા યાત્રાધામોના દર્શન સરળતાથી કરી શકે તે અર્થે ગુજરાત સરકારે “શ્રવણ તીર્થદર્શન યોજના” તાત્કાલીક અસરથી અમલમાં મુકવાનો નિર્ણય કરેલ છે.
૬૦ વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ વયના ગુજરાતના વતની ગુજરાતમાં આવેલા ધાર્મિક સ્થળોનો પ્રવાસ કરવા ગૃપ બનાવીને ગુજરાત રાજ્ય માર્ગ વાહન વ્યવહાર નિગમ (એસ.ટી.)ની કે ખાનગી લકઝરી બસ દ્વારા પ્રવાસ કરે તો તેઓને લકઝરી બસના ભાડાની ૫૦% રકમ રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા ચુકવવામાં આવશે. જો ખાનગી બસ ભાડે કરવામાં આવે તો, તે કિસ્સામાં ખરેખર ભાડુ અને એસ.ટી. બસનું ભાડું બેમાંથી જે ઓછુ હોય તેના ૫૦% ચુકવવામાં આવશે. પતિ કે પત્ની બંને સાથે પ્રવાસ કરતા હોય તો, બેમાંથી એકની ઉંમર ૬૦ વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ હોવી જરૂરી છે. આ યોજનાનો લાભ લેનાર વ્યક્તિને સમગ્ર જીવનકાળ દરમ્યાન એક વાર આ લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે. કુલ ૨ રાત્રી અને ૩ દિવસના પ્રવાસની મર્યાદામાં આ લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
આ યોજનાનો લાભ વ્યક્તિગત ધોરણે મળવાપાત્ર થશે નહી પરંતુ વરિષ્ઠ નાગરિકોનું ઓછામાં ઓછા ૩૦ નું ગૃપ બનાવીને બસ ભાડે કરેલ હોય તો જ મળવાપાત્ર થશે. યોજનાનું અમલીકરણ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પવિત્ર યાત્રાધામ વિકાસ બોર્ડ દ્વારા કરવાનું રહેશે.
