Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Project set up in Madhya Pradesh (Madhya Pradesh) on July 10 at 11 am via video conference. The project has three 250 MW solar generating units in 500 hectares of land (total area 1500 hectares) located inside the solar park. The solar park was developed by Riva Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL), a joint venture company of Madhya Pradesh Energetic Corporation Limited (MPUVN) and the central sector venture Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). Rs 138 crore RMMSL for park development Have been provided as central financial assistance. Following the development of the park, Mahindra Renewable Pvt. Ltd., ACME Jaipur Solar Power Pvt. Ltd., and Rinson Clean Energy Pvt. Ltd. were selected by roller auction to develop three solar generating units of 250 MW each inside the solar park. The Rewa Solar Project is an example of the excellent results that can be achieved if there is coordination between the Central and State Governments.
