Namo Laxmi Yojana 2024: The Gujarat Budget 2024-25 was announced by the Gujarat state government earlier this February. The budget announced a new scheme for all girls in Gujarat, named Lakshmi Yojana 2024. The scheme aims to benefit more than 10 lakh female students studying in private secondary and higher secondary schools run by government trusts will come.

નમો લક્ષ્મી યોજના હેઠળ ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં અભ્યાસ કરતી વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓને અલગ અલગ રકમ સહાયરૂપે આપવામાં આવશે જે નીચે મુજબ જણાવેલ છે.

Objective of Namo Lakshmi Yojana 2024

10,000 per year for class 9 and 10 and 15,000 per year for class 11 and 12 will be given to 10 lakh girl students of Gujarat state. Thus, under this scheme, a total assistance of 50 thousand will be available after completing the studies up to class-12.

Finance Minister Kanu Desai announced these two schemes for the education of daughters namely ‘Namo Lakshmi Yojana’ and ‘Namo Saraswati Yojana’. Through this scheme, financial assistance for education will be provided to poor, middle class and female students.
