Benefits of Ayushman Card

Under Ayushman Bharat Yojana, 50 crore citizens from 10.74 crore poor families of the country are provided free health services worth five lakh rupees per year. For this, according to the social and economic statistics of the census conducted in the year 2011/12, all the families included in the poor family and the families having BPL cards have been included under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Beneficiaries having Ayushman card under this scheme can avail the benefit of this scheme in any nearby government or private branch.

Ayushman Card Scheme Registration / Form / How to Create Ayushman Card Online?

To create or register Ayushman card online, follow the steps below.

1) First visit WWW.PMJAY.GOV.IN portal. 2) Then click on AM I ELIGIBLE.

3) Then enter your mobile number and captcha code in the given section below login. 4) Click on Generate OTP. Enter OTP and login.

5) Then select the state. Here you can search your name by category, name, HHD number, ration card number and mobile number.

6) Based on the various search results given here, you can check whether your name is covered under PMJAY or not. If the name is included, the 24-digit HHID number will be found. Then go to the nearest hospital or CSC center and you will be able to get the Ayushman card.

Pmjay (Eligibility Criteria/Income Limit under Ayushman Bharat Yojana)

Under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana pmjay Ayushman Bharat Yojana, the criteria of this scheme is kept different for rural and urban areas. The scheme has various pre-conditions. Which determines who can benefit from this scheme.

To avail the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana Ayushman Bharat Yojana for families living in urban areas, the following criteria and eligibility families can avail this scheme.

• Dhobi or watchman persons
• Mechanics, electricians or repair workers
• A cleaner or maid
• Handicraft artisans as well as home based artisans tailors
• Hawkers, street vendors, cobblers
• Persons involved in construction work, porters, welders, painters, security guards and plumbers
• Workers involved in transportation like rickshaw pullers, drivers, conductors, helpers
• Peons, delivery boys, shopkeepers etc. associated with small establishments

The following persons shall not be eligible

Under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana or Ayushman Bharat Yojana the following persons are not eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.

• Persons owning four-wheelers, three-wheelers or fishing boats.
• Mechanically owned agricultural implements like tractors etc
• A farmer family with a Kisan credit limit of Rs 50000.
• Persons working in non-agricultural enterprises run by Govt
• Family household earning more than 10000 monthly income.
• A family with a refrigerator TV or landline connection.
• A family with strong and solid houses.
• Farmers holding more than 5 acres of agricultural land

All government or private hospitals associated with Ayushman Bharat Yojana will benefit from this scheme.
