Medical Officer

Qualification : Recognized Univ. Must have passed MBBS and completed internship.
Pay Scale : Level-9 Pay Matrix in the grade of Rs.53100/167800 Basic + other allowances as per rules
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Lab Technician
Number of Seats : 78
Eligibility: 1. B.Sc. in Biochemistry or Microbiology or with Chemistry as a subject, B.Sc with Microbiology as a subject. Choice will be given.
2. Candidate should have passed one year certificate course in Medical Laboratory Technology from a Government recognized institute.
3. Candidate Assy. Should have five years experience as Laboratory Technician or equivalent post.
Pay Scale: Currently Fixed Pay 31340/- for five years thereafter Level-5 Pay Matrix in the grade of Rs.29200/92300 Basic + other allowances as per rules
Age Limit : Not more than 45 years.
Pharmacist

Qualification : Registered Pharmacist from a recognized institution

Female Health Worker (for women only)

Eligibility: 1. ANM/FHW from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
2. Must be registered with Gujarat Nursing Council.
3. Must have computer subject in class 10th or 12th or have basic computer certificate.
Pay Scale: Currently Fixed Pay Rs.19950/- for five years thereafter Level-2 Pay Matrix in the grade of Rs.19900/63200 Basic + other allowances as per rules

Multi Purpose Health Worker
Number of Seats : 344
Eligibility: 1. Government approved RNRM. Pass or Female Health Worker Course Pass or A.N.M. Course Pass or in S.I.Diplo or Multi Purpose Health Worker Course Pass.
2. Govt recognized Computer Basic Course Pass.
3. No. 1 and 2 qualified as per M.P.H.W. in Departments, Zilla Panchayats, Mahanagarpalikas or Municipalities affiliated to the Health Department of Govt. Preference will be given to candidates having working experience as per their experience certificate.
