Vodafone Idea’s big decision
Customer care services of all electronic and large companies have been shut down amid the lockdown, but in the meantime Vodafone Idea has issued a WhatsApp number for customer care service as a big gift to customers. The company has also launched a customer care chatbot with the support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which is available on the company’s website, My Vodafone app and My Idea app.
Vodafone Idea has launched this service using ORISERVE. Vodafone Idea customers can ask questions regarding their problem with information on bill payment, recharge, data balance through AI chatbot and WhatsApp. This AI based service is 24 × 7.
Let us know that Vodafone Idea has become the first telecom company in the country to provide customer care service on WhatsApp number.
