Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana Account (woman toddler Prosperity Account) is a central authority of India subsidized saving scheme focused at the mother and father of girl kids. The scheme encourages parents to construct a fund for future schooling and marriage expenses for his or her girl toddler.

Suppose you open a Sukanya Samrudhi Account in the name of your one-year-old daughter and invest Rs 12500 per month for 14 years. So at the current interest rate, when your daughter turns 21, her account will be credited with Rs.And if the daughter does not get married at the age of 4, then interest will be paid on this amount and at the age of 7, more than one crore rupees will be deposited in her account. Under this scheme you will invest a total of Rs 1 lakh in 5 years and your daughter will get more than Rs 1 crore

The Sukanya Prosperity Scheme is currently receiving 8.5 percent interest. Under this scheme, any person can deposit a maximum of Rs 1.5 lakh a year. You can open a Sukanya Prosperity Account in the name of your daughter from one year to 10 years of age.
