Species and income patterns will now be valid until March 2021

The government has extended the deadline by one year so that millions of youth and students in the state do not have to go back to the caste and income samples during the Koro transition.

Certificates of income and caste which were valid till March 2020 will now be valid till March 2021. As a result, 17 lakh beneficiaries with such certificates will not have to get the certificate again.

The state government has announced to extend the caste certificate for SC, BC classes to 1 year. Examples of such youths whose certificates expire on March 31, 2020 will now be valid till March 31, 2020. In addition to the income samples issued by the state government, the certificate whose term expires on March 31, 2020 has also been extended for one year i.e. till March 31, 2021.

  • Self Attested Copy of Aadhar Card
  • BPL Letter ( with details of BPL No, index and Coefficient)
  • Certified letter of building assessment details ( duly signed by talati )

Income Proof (Any One)

  • Employer Certificate (if employed with Govt, Semi Govt or any Govt Undertaking)
  • If salaried (Form :16-A and ITR for last 3 years)
  • If in business (ITR of Business for last 3 years and Balance Sheet of Business)
  • Declaration before Talati (Service Related)

Proof Needed In Service Attachment

  • Ration Card
  • True Copy of Electricity Bill.
  • True Copy of Telephone Bill.

Apply Online:

  1. Use the following link to reach online portal. Link:Apply online
  2. In the given page, please go through the details and hit the apply online option provided at thebottom.
  3. In the given page, user need to select email/mobile from the drop down for login.
  4. Complete the page prompt to login by clicking login.
    1. If you are a new user to this portal, then click on “Click For New Registration (Citizen)” link, it will redirect you to user registration page to register
  5. Once login, user has to select request a new service option on top right corner of the page.
  6. Select the service required to reach the new page.
  7. User need to hit the respective option and complete the successive page prompts and also upload required documents to apply online by hitting submit.
  8. After successful submission of your application you can take the print of your application form and proceed further with the online payment.
  9. Please pay using any of the two options
    1. Using E-Wallet
    2. Using Gateway# This application will be processed by the respective department.
  10. Citizen will get an SMS for the status of his/her application.
  11. Once completing the application process, user shall use the application number to get the certificate by using download issued document option.
