Distance Learning Courses secured in above degrees from the Recognized university duly approved by UGC/DEB/AICTE may be allowed only for Departmental Candidates who have rendered at least 03 years Service in PGVCL.
- Deputy Superintendent of Establishment: M.S.W. / M.L.W. / M.B.A. (HR), 2 years full time course from Govt. Recognized University with minimum 55% in Final Year.

- Executive (HR) : Rs. 45,400 – 1,01,200 plus other benefits as per Company’s rules.
- Dy. Superintendent : Minimum in Pay Scale of Rs.35700 – 82100 plus DA, HRA, CLA, Medical, LTC as per Company’s rules.
