A nationwide lockdown has been imposed to deal with the Corona crisis. However, this lockdown has once again been extended to 14 days. The lockdown has now been extended to May 17 with some sort of concession. In this third phase, good news can be said for the prisoners and especially for those who consume alcohol. In this phase, liquor shops and pan masala shops have been exempted.

Pan spice shops will open in green zone areas

In Gujarat and especially in Saurashtra, the trend of eating pan masala is so high that people are saying that pan gals should be opened whether the lockdown is open or not. The good news for pan masala lovers is that pan gals are allowed to be opened in Gujarat. .

But the condition is that in Gujarat, Panna Galla is allowed to open only in the green zone area.

Shops will open in these areas

Let me tell you that the Central Government today released a list of zonewise districts in the state and the country, under which the district falls under which zone. Under which there are five districts in the green zone in Gujarat, where pan masala shops will be opened. These five districts include Morbi, Amreli, Porbandar, Junagadh, Dwarka.

Shops will open in states other than those where alcohol is banned

Lockdown 3.0 allows liquor stores to open in all zones. This facility will not be available in states where alcohol was already banned. It has also allowed the sale of pan masala, gutkha and tobacco. However, there will be a ban on the sale of alcohol in the containment zone. Also, liquor will be sold at only one store.

However, liquor is not currently sold in malls and marketing complexes. There will be a ban on the sale of alcohol. Also, you cannot consume pan-masala or alcohol in public. Consumption of this item in public places will be prohibited.

Adherence to social distressing is essential

At the same time, certain rules have to be followed in the shops where liquor and spices are sold. Where a distance of 6 feet must also be kept between people. At the same time, care must be taken that no more than five people gather at a time.

14-day lockdown extended

Let me tell you that after a 21-day nationwide lockdown, Prime Minister Modi has extended the first phase from March 25 to April 14, then the second phase from April 15 to May 3 and from May 4 to May 17.
