Government announces Unlock 4 guideline

On the one hand, the corona virus is spreading in the country and on the other hand, the government is in the mood to unlock everything. Even when the country was locked down, the countrymen were in trouble. Now when they are unlocking, the common man is suffering from the coronation. However the government has gradually unlocked the country. The Unlock 4 guideline has been released recently. Metro will be exempted from September 7 with conditions as per the guideline while religious, social, political etc. ceremonies will be exempted from September 21. Schools have opened for standard 9 to 12.

Students in Std. 9th to 12th can go to their school for guidance from teachers.

However they need to get the written permission of the guardian. This activity can only be done outside the containment zone, social distance required etc. are exempted with many conditions. Since September 21, 100 people have been allowed to participate in religious events. Social, educational, sports, entertainment, cultural, religious and political ceremonies and gatherings will be held from September 21 during which all masks must be worn. Thermal scanning will have to be done as well as the use of hand wash and sanitizer will be mandatory.

Places like cinema halls, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters will be banned. International air travel will be banned without the special permission of the Home Ministry.

According to the published guideline of Unlock 4, the governments of the states and union territories have to seek the permission of the center before declaring a local lockdown at the state, district, taluka, city or village level. The lockdown will remain in effect until September 30 in the containment zone
