On an application filed in a U.S. court, the company has offered to settle for 500 million.
For this, a website has been created, where people can apply for a 25 claim. However people who use iPhone in India will have to wait a bit longer.

If a person owns an iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, or a first-generation iPhone SE purchased in the United States, he or she can claim 25 dollar.
This is the deadline
This phone has iOS 10.21.1, which is as of December 2017. If a person has more than one iPhone, he can file multiple claims. However people will only get ડો 25 per phone. In order to make a claim, the serial number of the phone has to be given. The deadline to file this claim is October 6, 2020.
